TPMS not reading.

For the business we have a 08 Panel. I was driving down the road, and ran over a piece of 4 inch I beam. The truck on front of me ran it over first, his rear passenger tire went flat right away. I couldn't swerve cars where next to me. It was a loud clunk. I pulled over behind the truck in a parking lot. He didn't see the peice of metal in the road. He was driving a new F-350 with single rear tire, and had 18" factory tires. My right front rim was bent and small gouges on tire. So, I got a new tire and rim from tire rack. We called all over trying to find a good used one. The rim and tire came. I installed new front pads. The new tire and rim I put on the left front, and pulled the one back tire off and put on the right front. Like a partial rotation. So the new rim on left front and rotated tire from back on the right front. On the way home the tire pressure inside read 26 lbs. I know there is 32, I just checked all tires manually. Now there is just two lines showing for the right front pressure. And the orange low tire light is on. Any suggestions.

Did you put the TPM sensor in the new wheel? Did you relearn the tire positions after rotating the tires?
