All years plus a lot of other models. It would probably be smart to make sure what the prob is. Just changing fluid and filter shouldn't cause that.

It was slipping just a lil so we thought changing the filter and fluid would help instead after we did it stopped shifting to drive

So my boyfriend was looking and says he Put the wrong transmission fluid in! Is this possibly the reason it won't shift to drive? Is it fixable?

Probably not if he just put in the wrong type automatic trans fluid. NOW, if he put in some fluid that isn't even labeled as automatic trans. fluid then maybe so.
First thing is don't let the guy work on your car anymore. If he couldn't get the fluid right, no telling what else he messed up.

So if it was slipping then we changed filter and wrong fluid was put in, now not shifting into drive what do you think I should do?

So, a search on the Rural King website does not show any automatic transmission fluid sold in Gallon jugs.
No telling what was in that jug (unless you tell us what it's labeled as)

Find a good mechanic and/or shop. You're going to need one to repair the damage you've done.
