Troubleshooting time
Alright folks. I have NO idea what this is.
Constant sound is what you're listening for. Any help you can offer would be nice.
Driving down a smooth country highway at 65mph. No 4x4 truck with fat tires driving down the road by me. Passenger Side Front tire is the location I am thinking, that is where this sound bite was taken at. I also had 'Discount Tire' balance and rotate the tires. Exact same sound before, and after.
Thank you.

Ok Kev. I edited my post( you know what it said before)
Seriously though. Sounds like a bad tire or maybe a hub bearing failure. Or maybe the inner wheelwell came loose, fell, and is rubbing on the tire. But, I'm just guessing.

Maybe I'll listen to it.
SEARCH "hub" and/or "bearing".
on Ebay a pair will cost less than $100.

Sounds like it could be a wheel bearing. When it's making noise turn the wheel to one way then the other just a little and listen for a change in the noise. A bad wheel bearing noises in most cases will change of stop making noise when loaded and unloaded by swaying the car a little.

My latest just made an annoying rumble for the fronts the rears made an annoying whirr. My first one made people on the highway turn their heads at 75 MPH windows closed.
And it may be causing brake judder.
