Very loud shaking

It doesn't do it all the time.But sometimes when I'm stopped at a light or driving very slow It sounds like the back is shaking and the steering wheel will shake very hard. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Possibly a dirty throttle body, loose timing chain, worn out upper engine mount, dirty MAF sensor.

Try those first for elimination purposes, use CRC throttle body cleaner and CRC sensor safe spray, don’t use carb cleaner or brake parts cleaner and do not try to move the throttle plate !
