Water draining from rear spoiler

I have a spoiler and every time I wash the car I have water coming from the spoiler and running down the rear hatch. Does anyone else have this problem?
What can be done to fix it? Can a black silicone sealer be used to stop this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not an advocate of reporting small things to TPTB, but, I think that this is an item that should be reported to dealer/chevy ASAP. Although it does sound as if its just water draining from around the spoiler (like any other gap such as window molding or door jamb), I would be worried about the possible rust that could occur under the spoiler where it is bolted to the body. Have a note made on record so if future rust does occur under the spoiler you can say you tried to fix before it happened at that at the least the dealer should be responsible for any and all repair costs.

Thanks Jay
I think I will take it back to the dealer to have them take a look at it.
As you said down the road could be an issue with rust.
