I had the same problem. The wiring boot on the driver side had come loose and water was getting into the frame filling the floor well on driver side and then into back driver side. Took them 3 trys to figure it out. Once someone saw the boot was not in tight that did it. That was last Sept. and have been in some pretty big rains since and no problem.

Leaks

I have a leak on the passenger side, the service dept thinks its coming from the plastic block and molding under the hood by the bottom of the windshield.

Add Agent Orange (2008 SS) to the list. Have owned this vehicle for over a year and it has been through many downpours. Today, I set a box on the floor behind the drivers seat. When Chris brought it into me parts of the box were wet. Upon inspecting the car the entire drivers side front and rear is extremely wet. It didn't rain today or yesterday but had on Tuesday. Goes into the dealership on Monday

Forgot to mention that the last two days we thought we heard water sloshing around behind the center console area only for a couple minutes after first driving it. Sounds like maybe the cowl problem?

Ran it in to the service department this morning just to show them the floor. Discussed the multiple places it may be coming from. He already informed me they would have it several days to get it dried out. Hope this will be a 1 visit fix.

Mine has done this also and I'm wondering if the cabin air filter(water coming in past there) may be the culprit or what you other guys have found out after taking yours into the dealer. This has also caused problems with my blower motor as it has caused it to stop working unless you tap on the motor casing.I took it to a Firestone car care place today and they informed me that the motor needs to be replaced.
