floor board on passenger side of 2010 HHR gets wet when it rains

 

Close the window when it rains.
Or, look at the door seal. Do the dollar bill test; close the door on a dollar bill, it should be hard to pull out.
Does this happen when the defrost or AC is running? Check the evaporator drain; is there a puddle under the car if you sit still with the AC on?

 

Check the rubber boot between the door and the body


This should be tight to the body and door.

 

Is there a sunroof? There is a drainage tube to each corner or the cabin. Check behind the kick panel.
