What bumpers are interchangeable with a 2007 HHR LT

What bumpers are interchangeable with a 2007 HHR LT
I am needing to get a front and rear bumper for my 2007 Chevy HHR LT. I’m looking at salvage yards to replace the bumpers and I am a bit confused on what years and models would be interchangeable. Would an SS or LS model work on my LT? What about a 2008 and up LT? I’ve looked through several of the post and I couldn’t find one specifically asking what I was needing. If anyone could help me or lead me in the right direction to help find the answer it would be much appreciated. Thank you

2006 thru 2011 LS/LT model years are the same front and rear bumper covers
2008 thru 2010 SS model year are the same
the SS bumpers are different from the LS/LT models, they will fit but the grille and the bumper supports are also different.

Thank you so much for this. I ran off the road yesterday bc of the ice and my very much loved car took a beating! 
She did keep us safe and I didn’t pop any tires! So could be worse. Now on to the searching for the Majestic Amethyst Metallic (Purple) bumpers. It’s going to be hard no one where I live has a purple HHR!

These guys had a perfect match for my 2007 HHR Imperial Blue metallic
you will have to do a little sanding and primer then colour coat and then clear coat , but it’s worth the effort
