I found this in my drive way near the RF wheel. It's GM part 15230751, I think it's a valve to drain water away from the cowl. Any ideas?

I did the same thing SS fan.

A quick search showed that part to be used on a lot of GM vehicles in different places. In short terms, it is some type of drain tube. Most likely from the cowl area or maybe even a sunroof drain part.

 

Which side of the car? If its what i think it is,,squarish with a scoop like opening,,then it goes inside the wheel well above the tire facing aft..Ive knocked mine off several times power washing the wells..it directs the drain off water away from the spindle areas, also might just be a vent, shaped like that to keep ram air out..
