The winshield wiper does not stop in the right position. The low speed runs then will stop in any position on the windshield and will not continue. The high speed works fine. The delay cycle doesn't work. Any suggestions out there? Is the BCM the culprit? I don't seem to find a seperate windshield wiper control module. Been told that the module is contained in the BCM. Can the BCM be replaced without going to GM to have it reprogrammed?
