Won't Start After Reinstalling Fuse Box
Cool - progress made - it runs!!!!
It's one of those things that the cause may never be known. Lets hope it doesn't come back again.
As donbrew says, get your local autoparts store to throw their code reader on it and post the code here, and we'll see if we can help you out. It may or may not be the original P0449 you encountered.
Alternative: put the downloaded code in the SEARCH box at the top of the page and see what it comes back with. Oh, be aware that the parts stores staff may not necessarily recommend the right part to address a downloaded code - sometimes a code can point to several different parts.

Glad you were able to get it started.
For reference. 12.4 volts is slightly undercharged. 12.7-13.0 is a full charge.
Also. A little advice for safety reasons. If working on the electrical system, always have access to the battery for a quick disconnect in case of a problem. If you short out a hot wire, there is the potential for a fire.
Having 300 lbs of concrete blocking access to the battery is not a safe thing when working on automotive electrical systems.

The engine light is on again and the tire sensor also came back on. It seems to me that some of those fuses and relays are more moveable than I thought they should be but each time I have pushed then down into the sockets so I don’t think that is the problem unfortunately. I finally got over to Advance Auto and they checked the code for me. There is only one but the same as before P0449. Here is the thread that I started before on the problem. (https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/prob...9-p0455-49942/) ChevyMgr only checked to see if there were any recalls on my car related to this problem and couldn’t offer any technical advice. I will post there for further suggestions. It is supposed to rain all week so I may not get to do any work on it for a bit. I have searched here for P0449 threads and plan to troubleshoot it step by step as I don’t have the money to just throw parts at it to see if that works. I still think it is a loose connection. The problem is where. LOL
Thanks for the advice!
I did learn a few things and hope to continue to learn more in the future. Newbies will make newbie mistakes.
