Wow thats really good. Does the meth injection really help that much? I have thought of adding it but I figured the stock intercooler works almost well enough.

Wow, that's a lot faster than my time, I expected a MT to be faster, but not THAT much faster, especially just with piping and exhaust.

A 1.74 in the 60' doesn't really seem likely have you ran that quick of a time more than once? Really, it seems like that would've been a mid-low 13 second run if it wasn't for the really fast 60'. I don't think there have been that many FWD cars with that mod list running nearly as fast in the 60.

Yeah...I think we need to see some time slips on that one! That's haulin' ass if it's true. I only know of one guy in the low 13's with his, and as far as I know nobody else has seen 13's with a time slip proof. This was an HHR SS right? I'm not calling anyone a liar, but time slips tell a lot.

Meth is good for about 25 hp on the 2.0.
Not really worried about personal oppinion. It is your perogative to believe or disbelieve. Do the same mods and see what you get. Or not, no differense in the grand scheme.
Blessings

Where does your meth inject? When I had mine water/meth injection on my Vibe it was strictly for cooling due to my using a CAI with my supercharger which is not recommended and the spray nozzle was installed into the CAI before the throttle body.

Mine is in the throttle body where the pcv valve attached. I am running a single 100mil/min jet. The reason why chemical intercoolers are in such demand today is no one thinks much of a chemical cooler. The truth is most folks run nitro methane as well which gives a considerable amount of extra power. So in truth most people can see 50-100 horse power with the effects of both the meth and nitro combined. It is a pricey setup, but no more so than NOS with a whole lot safer approach to the engine. A lot of guys are just running an alcohol/water mix for the cooling( windshield washing fluid and nitro on top in their factory reservoir. Some run the meth/water setup with blue food coloring in the wiper reservoir as well just to look like they are not. I run a 7 gallon reservoir where the spare goes.

Sorry Amethyst, I see you flaming the guy on the other thread. I already stated I have no need to prove or disprove. No need to appease a stranger on the internet. Now if someone wishes to know for instance that the hahn piping makes the turbo spool unbelievably fast and run like a sc instead of turbo. Or that an aluminum flywheel allows the engine to rev much quicker,, I am all for helping anyone. I have been running turbos for over 20 years, not new to this. Been racing for just a hair longer. Just no desire to appease folks I don't even know.
Good day just the same.

LOL just a simple request to post the timeslip, why is that such a big deal? People typically always ask for them in forums when someone posts up a descent time. Your mph seems low, for example my other car runs a 12.2@114.45mph, 105mph seems a little low for a 12.5 but I guess it is possible. It would just mean your power really dropps off on the top end which seems sort of odd.

What track was this at? What is the big deal about posting a timeslip? I am sure you received one, they always hand them out at that little booth at the end of the track on your way back to the staging lanes. Unless you post a timeslip most people will call major BS on your claim.

If you really did run it then that is a pretty good time. (which I have my doubts since you refuse to post proof)
