pulling e brake/parking break while driving - bad?

Next time you see an empty, snow covered parking lot...do yourself a favor and do a few donuts.

Lol ok so we've got seat belts, helmets, warning labels, air bags and many other things...but I think with all the hand-holding now-a-days, common sense is on its way out.
