Rare and desirable are often confused in the collector car market, I own a pair 69 of L78 4 spd BB Novas and 69 350, PG 4 door Nova. I have every piece of documentation with the 4 door since new, including all the repair bills. One L78, is a numbers matching with documentation and the other L78 is not numbers matching and there's no paper work for it, but it would sell for way more then the 4 door.

There were 5400 L78's built and 2200 4 door 350 PG cars were built, the 4 door is a great parts car. There really aren't many cars that are a good investment, when you take into account what it would take to hang on to one long enough to see a good return.

It is surprising for me that some people still think that hhr will worth a lot of money in the future. HHR has no history, no fan base, no reason to become an expensive car in the future.

Bigger windows and smaller wheel size would have made it looked more proportioned.

Yep, HHR concept the most beautiful body. Front seats like sofa (similar to Lincoln Town Car), transmission shifter with wood panels, front grille and bamper Chevrolet Malibu/ Buick Regal 2013 style (same Holden, Opel, Vauxhall). Trunk door, rear bampers with chrome stripes

My first new car was a 69 Nova. They came out on Thursday and I ordered mine on Saturday. It was dark green with the dark green interior instead of that horrible apple green it came with. It had a 307 with the Hydramatic. Good car, I kept it till 73 and traded it in on a Pontiac Grand Am.

Imagine how much more valuable that Nova is today, compared to ANY Grand Am!
