Hey guys, I have a problem with the rear door pop and liftgate. Nothing is working. I checked the fuse and its fine. Not sure on where i should start looking. I also swapped out the relay for it with another one and that didnt do anything.. Also i can not gain access to the back of the liftgate to open it manual since it has custom shelving that i can not remove from the back area.

 

If you have a second remote, did you try that?

 

Sounds like the touch pad went bad.

If you have a really good scanner there are B codes that can help diagnose. If the battery is below 9 V it won't work.

A scantool like a Tech2 can get data from the switches and relays.

This isn't much help, but it's all I got.
