I have been having trouble logging in several times. I couldn't log in with the user name and password I've been using for a long time. I tried resetting my password but that wouldn't work so I registered again. The old and new accounts worked yesterday but not today so I had to register again to post here. I have cleared cookies, etc but that doesn't help. I have antivirus software but it doesn't prevent me logging in to my other online accounts. Is there anything that might fix this? I might not be able to reply if I can't log in. Thanks.

Could it be your location? Your browser security? Spam filter? Your VPN?
Have you received any of the email replies from RobbM? He has replied about 4 times to you inquiries.

 

I don't know how my location would cause this problem but of course it could. I have tried several browsers but that doesn't help. I don't think I have a SPAM filter and I am not using a VPN. I am able to log in to many other online accounts using the same browsers and antivirus without a problem. It's just this forum that's not working although both times I've created new accounts they did work briefly then didn't.

I did receive several emails from RobbM and went through his advice so I am at a loss to understand why these accounts work then don't.

I was able to sign in using this account so I didn't need the temporary password that was sent. I hope it will work the next time. This is bewildering to say the least.

Did you reply to the enrolment email?
The reason I asked about the emails from RobbM is because you said you got no response from ADMIN.
Boils down to nobody else has ever had this problem so we don't know how to help. We can only guess it is something on your end.
If you are paying for "internet security" it could be blocking

 

Somehow I got in with this account for now. I did reply to the enrollment email and got access once or twice which is why it's so mysterious. It will work then not work so if it's any software I have that interferes it's intermittent. I tried logging in with my cell phone and still no luck.

If I said I didn't get a response from ADMIN then I was mistaken. I did get responses and followed the instructions to no avail.

I don't know what else to do but hope for the best. Thanks.

 

If you can log in with this account. I can just rename it HHRnovice.

Seems to me HHRnovice is a valid account. It is the password.
