I have this issue, and when I go to the gallery to post a pic, I have to log in, then log back in to were I was posting. All this log in, log in, log in is gettting frustrating. Back when I first joined, this peoblem did not exist.

Do any of you select "Remember Me" when logging in? If not, try that.

It's an old quirk from Jelsoft/VB Style sites. Had the same issues with I-N when that was up, same with StreetRacing.org (forums).

This is aggravating!!!

Why is it that I keep getting logged out even after I JUST log back in to this forum? It happens both at my home pc and at my work pc! I just had to log in+ RELOG IN 3 times just to post a reply on a thread! That's just plain ridiculous. It's happened several times before but today has been the worst. Is there a fix for this aggravating situation?

Sounds like a firewall or blocker problem to me. I have had no problem staying logged in on 3 different computers on different networks at the same time

I know this is a common problem, but I never have an issue at home. Any other computers, like at school I have this issue... I'm just so glad I don't at home (knock on wood!)

Every time my wife runs a virus scan it also deletes some "Cookies" and I have to log back in to several sites. This happens to be one of them. It is a bit annoying!

If you use this procedure the site will only require 2 log-ins. I know 2 is still a hassel but this will stop you from having to log-in every time you switch screens.

1) Log-in to the home page.

2) Use the small log-in box on the upper right side of your screen.

3) Make sure you click the REMEMBER ME box.

4) After your screen shows the Welcome User message click on the first thread in the "Recent Threads" list (far right side of your screen). You don't have to read the post, you just need to get into the thread.

5) Next click on the "New Posts" or "My Posts", the system will ask you to log-in again. Repeat steps 1-3. After that log-in you can pick a post to view, and then you will never have to log-in again until you clear your history/cookies/cache.

Hope this helps!

Hmm.

I not only don't get logged off, but when I go to chevvyhhr.net it logs me in automatically.

I'm using Firefox, and have Linux as my OS, but it works the same on the Wndows box at work.
