Anyone who is wanting one a local place, sign shop or flea market guy, can make these up quickly. Once they vectorize the "HHR" part to match. And they can cut them in any color you choose. Most will have the font or fonts needed. In this case just the "R" needed some editing in flexisign pro. Most sign shops will have it and several other software programs they use.
The local flea market type guys most use corel draw.

I recently cut a 2 color using different fonts, that got the vinyl thread started as others wanted to see some things I was cutting.

I wasn't trying to match the sites version on this 2 color.

With the first picture I posted, I made the cuttable vector file and duplicated it several times and changed the color of each just to show how it would look in another color other than the white that it was offered in here at one time.

I just mess around cutting stuff as a hobby. Look for my "My Vinyl Works Decals/Lettering ect. " thread, if you want to see more stuff.

A&P, do you want my ai file? Aside from fixing the R, I adjusted the kerning.

Also, see my new sig pic I made. Yes, I know it's a Fall Edition, but that's the only studio picture of a black HHR I could find. I downloaded EPS logo files for several Chevy models to get most of the letters, but I still had to make the B.

If there were files for all the models that use the current font, the only missing letters would be F, G, J, W, and Y.

Thanks for the offer of the Adobe Illustrator file, but I don't need it.

I have Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended, Illustrator CS5, Corel DRAW X4, FlexiSIGN Pro 8.6 V2, and a couple other programs so I am pretty much covered for the stuff I do.

Recently upgraded my Wacom Tablet to a Wacom Cintiq 21 UX 2nd Gen.

I used the Serpentine font because I had it already and just modified Impact font for the HH and the R. Flexi makes it pretty easy to do, easier than even Illustrator.

But Flexi is a Pro Sign Shop software so thats what it's geared to handle best for sign shops needs.

I could have rounded the corners of the H's just a touch, but left them crisp corners to better match the serpentine fonts corners even tho they flair out a bit.

I show a few examples in my vinyl thread I mentioned of how I layer a 4 or 5 color large decal and how I go about cleaning up a file to make it a Cut Ready File.

Have a look, I have lots of pics of stuff in it.

Your conversion is spot on Dracos, I'd be hard pressed to tell the difference from original.
