FYI, it appears to be anything (and everything) related to JavaScript -- launching a new window for the smilies, drop-down menus for thread tools, etc. A quick Google search suggests that this happens with some frequency when vBSEO is updated, so they might start there if that's something they changed recently. If not, replacing the /clientscript directory from a backup (or fresh download) may resolve the issue.

Confirmed, the WYSIWYGs are dead, as if the Javascript that enables them is not executing. But no script errors.

Also, there are 53 validation errors and 10 warnings, in this page.

Recently i was contacted by 07azhhr via another forum. He would like for me to pass along to IT that he cannot post or send private messages on this site. Could somebody check into this problem for him.

I have the same problem

As I said, all JavaScript-dependent functions like these aren't working. Until they fix the JS issue(s), nothing that uses JS is gonna work here.

IB staff has been notified of all the problems that all users are having, including not being able to post, no smilies etc.....

Hopefully this is not going to take long, like it would have under our previous owner. No promises though because I and other mods reported these issues 3 days ago. Deja Vu??

Hey, I can post again after 5 days. But no smileys. I'll try sending a PM to Whopper and see if that now works.
