Another issue I had to raise with service before I forgot as well is Alternator noise while driving with XM playback.

I don't hear it with CD or MP3 playback though.

When I'm reving up to shift gears I can hear the altenator whine in the background at times.

Anyone else having this issue?

 

Don't have the problem, but......

I'd guess.....a bad XM antenna ground IF it only occurs with XM.

How about regular AM and FM????

 

Never noticed it with AM or FM just with the XM actually.

I have to call the shop back about the text cut off issue so I will be asking them about this as well.
