DONT buy anything from Bill Heard!!! i bought 2 cars from there and both times were mistakes. i figured i would give them a 2nd chance this time but it was still just as bad as last time...

I went shopping for a new car at Ron Carter. I called before I drove there. They gave me a price quote over the phone on a car that I liked. I got there, looked at a few cars, test drove the one I had gotten a price over the phone about. I fell in love with it. When I came back from the test drive the salesman then tells me that he made a mistake about the price, it was $4000 more than what he had told me over the phone and during the test drive. I was robbed of my entire day, very disappointed in them :-/ I could have been out shopping for my car within my price range elsewhere.
