Are ya’ll ready for a back roads cruise?
Do you like German food?
Do you want to meet up with area HHR owners and put faces to screen names?

Then come on out and cruise with us to Muenster! Everyone is welcome to come out and cruise!

Meeting Place - Wal-Mart, 6401 NE Loop 820 (take the Rufe Snow exit). Look for the HHR’s in the parking lot!

Meeting Time – Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 10:00 a.m.

Destination – Muenster, TX and The Center restaurant (http://www.thecenterrestaurant.com/index.htm)

Time Out on the Road – 10:30 a.m.

Route – Back roads through Fort Worth, Newark, Decatur, Forestburg, and in to Muenster

Pit Stop(s) – Decatur (approx. 11:30 a.m.)

Time To Muenster – Approx. 2 hours

Total Mileage – 97 miles on cruise, plus your travel

Exit Strategy – Hwy 82 east bound out of Muenster to I-35, and then you’re on your own!

I use Microsoft Streets and Trips for my route planning, so if you have the program and would like to see the route, just email me at bkputt63@yahoo.com and I’ll send you the .est file.

I can also make image files of the map and email those to you too.

I will also have several printed copies available the day of the run, just in case.

I’m hoping this has a good turn out as I really like getting together and meeting new people and cruising! If it turns out good, I’ll put a new one of these together every month or so, to different points on the compass. Let’s get together and have some fun!
