Does anybody know if a BOV will work on A/T?

I'm new to the turbo game and have been reading about Blow off valves and was wondering if it works with Auto trans. . Seems like all I can find is info talking about installing them on cars with Manual trans. only. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

yes BOV' s will work with an auto. I have a turbo supra with one and it is an auto. The bov has nothing to do with the trans and the way it works.

CORRECT... all a BOV does is release the extra pressure in the ic pipes when the boost pressure reaches the desired psi or when you let off the gas pedal quickly. I also have a auto trans on my eclipse with a turbo.
