Less than 2 weeks to go now. I've gotten quite a few emails asking questions, giving updates on attendance and just general chat about the event. What I don't have at this point is a really clear picture of how many people are planning to attend. Would really appreciate it if people would take a moment to speak up and let me know. Tim, I plan on going to hang out with you guys. I live in the area, so I will most likely just stay home instead of the hotel thing. I plan on coming up Friday for go-karts if that is still on, and then do the Mynatt Park, Dragon, and Dixie Stampede on Saturday. Basically I plan on bringing my son, and hanging out with you guys that weekend.

I was getting a little worried because I haven't been getting much response lately, and almost no PMs. Thanks for replying.

Reservations are made for Mynatt Park for Saturday. Will have a confirmation this weekend on a meeting place for arrivals on Friday. We do not have enough confirmed participants for the Dixie Stampede at this point, so our reservation is still considered "pending." I'm getting some "detour" driving instructions to get around the traffic jam that always exists between Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This will make our lives much easier.

Hi Tim:
Myself and My wife, and Karen Walsh will be in attendance. We will be at the Dolly's Dixie Stampeed also. I will not be engraving (sorry) there is no power near enough to the parking lot to connect to safely. I will have flyers to hand out. There may be others from this area coming too.
