I've already got a 3 room reserved at the Phillip Motel in Robinsville, NC. http://www.phillipsmotelonline.com/rooms.html with 2 other fellas from Alabama. We are gonna stay from the 22-24th.
The Microtel and another motel are in the same vacinity.
My suggestions is reserve something now, you can always cancel later. If you wait till it gets to close there might not be anything available considering there is 50 people signed up and I'm sure some not listed yet.

Don't know if thats close to where you originally planned, but I have this reserved from the other meet I was going to.

Rooms have coffie maker,Refrig,Microwave,Internet hookup in room
Indoor pool etc.
We have approx 8 HHR'S So far that will be attending.
