As far as Dec goes they have a big "courthouse lighting" ceremony in Prescott. Not much as far as our other trips... We have winterhaven here in Tucson that the whole neighborhood does a light show. Not many were doing it last year though.

For those who like the haunted stuff... Old Tucson Studios does a thing called "nightfall" for the whole month of October. Its $20.95 to get in for adults. Not sure of kids prices. They have 3 shows, 3 walkthrough haunted houses, and a haunted train ride. They have actors dress up and walk around too dressed as whatever theme they are doing. This year its "Dark Assylum" and the actors are dressed as dead crazy house people. Its really neat! Open usually from 6pm-10pm and shows are staggered so you can see all 3. Anyone needs anymore info lemme know!

Guess it is time to be thinking of a meeting place and time. Are we going to spend all day out there, or should we be looking for something else to do.

I looked at a map and it looks like maybe we should meet up someplace over by my house, since it is on the way. Let me know what everyone else things

I can tell you when we were out there last year... we were there for several hours. They have fireworks of an evening too, so should we meet up early afternoon and stay for the fireworks show?

Some place over by you works for me. What is the status on your car? Will it be back in time for this run?

If not we are making a run to the dealership and pulling it out.
I should have it any day now. But then again they said that a few days ago

Actually, going thru Yuma to San Diego, 2 times a week for almost 10 years I was able to witness some pretty amazing "stuff".

A good number of classis and muscle cars shows, where the owners either drive or trailer them (mostly in the "winter" months).

The hauted hotel...if that is still done.

The vintage train ride.

Periodically the Marine Air Station has an open house.

Counting illegals coming across the desert.

The Dunes (actually in Calif.) for great photo ops (Star Wars, Rambo, etc.)

Counting more illegals coming across that desert.

Watching the lettuce grow.

We could make a run of it. Circle the dealership until they relase your car!

Jason as far as a time what ever everyone picks. I think this is a good place to meet up at TOYS R US
It is right off the freeway on your left side on power rd and the us60
address is 1516 S. POWER ROAD MESA, AZ 85206. This is so you can google a map from you to the store. You will just take I10up here then th US60 exit east.
Mandy you would just take I10 south to the US60 then east
Or if everyone wants we can meet at my place. Just let me know where everyone wants to meet and I will give you that info if you want
Here is the link for where we will be going and they have a local map. If you look at the map we can just shoot right down power road.

Do we have a head count of who is going to make it?
Jason, Mandy, Me anyone else?

It's my Mom's birthday that day, but may not have anything planned until the next weekend as far as family g2g (because that day is Dad's b-day).
