Is anybody from the So Cal HHRs going to the Solvang cruise in May . I don't think we would be able to go for the 2 days, but cruise up on saturday the 9th for the day?. Just thinking out loud.

 

I want to go we will have to see how things are going with the work schedule.

I'm considering it also... Don't yet know re: 1 or 2 day trip... I think it takes around 4 hrs to get to Solvang from Oceanside--would be a lot of driving for 1day...

Also--off topic--sorry I missed you in Anaheim!!

 

As of right now, I'm a 'no' for this. Have a conference in San Diego the first week of May (not sure if I'm going), then need to check my school schedule for a Sat. class and finally, tentatively have a trip booked for Costa Rica that week too that all hinges on what happens with the first two things!

Traveling and driving places are two favorite things of mine!

Yes the room rate is for Friday and Saturday. Now keep in mind that we MUST have at least 10 rooms reserved for the rate to take effect. This Hotel is pet friendly. Less than 10 then the rate goes up to $107.00 I don't think we will have any problem reaching the 10. Charles we do plan on the old tavern, but instead of going out the way we go in, we are taking the old twisted road out. Its really cool.
