Whoo Hooo!
I am in a Brand New Supposed to handle earthquake building. I am soo glad that I was on the 3rd floor, and not the 9th! I am down in Aliso Viejo.
the building was rockin and a rollin, and Creaking. Lots of Noise as the building 'adjusted'... about 1/2 the building spontaneously evacuated, without orders too. I will never run out of a glass fronted building during an earthquake.
Elevators are not back yet. Still inspecting...
No Damage here, but I am Jumpy!
Wife is in Vegas, and she felt it!

Joy!

has been showing all the after shocks...small, but plenty!

I had to calm down a colleague from Canada just now in the ladies room! She was terrified and reminded her our 'seasons' are wind, fire and earthquakes.

I <3 California!

Lots and Lots of Little ones, and a cluster of 3.8's

I keep a link on my browser to the EarthQuake info.

I just wish I could get Google earth to load, as USGS supplies kml files that will show you Exactly Where it was!

Hey Guys!

What a rude awakening... Liana and I were sleeping, and boy did that get us up. We are ok. No damage for us (we are 2 miles away from the epicenter in Chino Hills)

Cats absolutely freaked... Cell and land lines are working sparatically at best. Cheri just got through and we talked for a few minutes, she is in Arizona. Funny, the Internet works fine... All in all one hell of a jolt..

Nothing in Bakersfield. As a matter of fact, in the 6 years I have been here I have only ever felt one earthquake and it was so quick I thought I had just gotten dizzy for a second until Marie called and asked me if I had felt it. I know we get plenty of small ones here but nothing that gets much notice.

We only got a little rattle, drawer knob knocker here in North San Diego County...Most of you know what I mean...LOL

I was sitting on the floor of the San Marcos Boys & Girls Club when it hit, installing a computer.

Just got a call from GrandMa & GrandPa, visiting in Ohio. Wanted damage info here, if any.
