I got an email from him the other day, the HHR he had backed out.

I'm glad to report one of our club members, John, has taken Weapon-R up on their offer. Not only are they getting a free intake system and $1000.00, but they will be giving him a rental of his choice for the time it takes to fit, test and deliver his HHR back to him!
