I'm kinda with you, Cheri--not an Angelito's fan, but it's youse guys I go for!

Chris, it would be great if you and your cousin came! I'm wondering when we should do the head-count for this as Don said it is a "popular" match up and we may get nose-bleed seats. I'm more interested in us all being together and enjoying an afternoon at the park (even without a Dodger dog! )

So it seems for game:

Me
Don
Kris
Chris & Primo
Todd
Tim
and any other guests/tag alongs

and Cheri and Dorian for at least a tailgate

Will miss you Rat and Grumpee

Heck, I think I can find a spare 15 minutes someplace and run down to the stadium and get tix and you all could just owe me--but I'm not familiar with the stadium or where is the best place to sit.

Halo dogs are better. I say this because Angel Stadium is closer and at $4.50 a gallon those Dodger Weenies would end up costing about $25. They have a combo dealio, a HUGE dog, roasted corn on the cobb and chips for $9. Killer deal. I think this is a night game so it wont be so damn hot.

that would be awesome, and i wish i could tell you for sure. i'd hate to have you get me a ticket, and then i find out my days off request got denied. boy i hope the manager in charge of scheduling gets his head out of his a$$ and does something right for once, i'm really looking forward to this!

The last time I went to a Dodger game (ironically it was to see them squash the Angelito's), they actually RAN OUT of Dodger dogs!

I'm hoping I'll be too full from a tail-gate to wanna spend $9 for something since parking will probably be like $20 anyhow!

Good thing I don't drink alcohol at games!
(I think it is a late afternoon game--3.30--close enough to night.)

Well, let's give this more consideration...

Again, would be nice to get a group rate (thanks to Kris for suggesting it--still a possibility maybe), but I'm cool with paying for a ticket so we can all sit together.

Oh heck at this point, we may as well save $ and have a big ol' carne asada or something! You can watch the darn game on tv!

You know you're always welcome at my place... wait, when is this thing?

But I think if you don't eat at a baseball game, what DO you do? You're missing all the ambiance!!

It was the weekend of 7.19.08 (my only free Saturday in July ). You all should do what you need to do and meet when convenient for the group. I'm usually out of school by 3.30 or so.

I'd have it at mine, but parking is limited and i have no shade--but a huge backyard!

I would love it here too and i would GLADLY DO ALL THE COOKING
But it is her and Dorian's hacienda....again, I'm not adverse to having it at my compound, but would need some help setting up stuff (not a lot of free time) That weekend works for me.
