Only problem with their set-up is that they require all club members to be PAID HHR Club members to be in the local club. ($35 a year now! )

It really doesn't take much to start one up. The main thing is having members who are willing to be active. This has been the major stumbling block in St. Louis. there are a few clubs here that are doing well though; Mid-america HHRs, Mid Tennesee; Modesto HHR.

I couldn't organize a piss up in a brewery, but I'd be up for taking Blackie out for socializing!

I will participate too! I'm pretty handy with websites and such. Moreover, being a DJ, I have pleanty of sound equipment. Do I smell a car show? It could be FUN!

I was waiting for the Tom's farm run to bring this very idea up. We do have a local group started and we should be able to pull this together. Think about it and when we get together at Tom's we can talk

One of the issues are for others to see that there is a club and to participate, all others have to pay that $35, and many will not pay or want to pay that to belong to that site to get into the members only section. Thats the suckie part!

This site has much more active member participation for much less price. You can see that stuff for free!
