My nephew just called....@8:00 pm in San Diego County. He is on I-8 westbound, on his way back from the desert...El Centro, Ca.

He is driving at 32 mph, following the snow plow over the mtns to San Diego.

He said the snow line is at about 1000 feet, east of the hills.

Crazy.....Cajun / Al

You're not kidding!
I had to drive out to Long Beach this afternoon and should have taken my S10. Blackie was going all over the 22/405!
No snow here in the 'hood, but it is very cold...not much heat in a house built in the 1920's!

Glad you made it home, JT and the dragon is safe!

Supposed to be crisp, but dry on Saturday.

We will be joining you soon. 6-11 inches forcasted for us for tomorrow night into Friday (of course this is normal for us )

We just got the fine patina of ash a few weeks ago...
