Well, you could compromise. Leave the bowtie black, but put a red vinyl HHR over the black bowtie. Would tone it down some. Just my 2¢

Nailed it again Todd - I want to do one just like that. White/Black mesh/White bowtie

I should have a new stock chrome one here in a few days I hope. I want to ask some questions if you dont mind about the 3 bar. I ordered a billet and it looked horrible. So I want to paint the new one's 'tie white and have a 3 bar to swap in and out. See you soon.

I like it it looks great. Can't wait to show it off next weekend. Worked on the car this weekend put a coat of wax on and man is it red. Hmmm Chad that would lok good but aren't the headlights sealed. OHHH Toddddddd what do you think about the headlights.

Oh man, the AA5 looks awesome all waxed--the shiniest HHR competition will be fierce for Sunday! I washed/clayed/waxed this weekend--SoCal HHR's are going to be blinding in 'dago!
