Re G2G's & meetup spots: I just thought of Sonic (Anaheim) on Lemon and Orangethorpe, too. I've never been there, but I know car clubs go there and that huge grocery store next to it is vacant now. Lots of room, but remarkably un-scenic. Elle's ideas are better photo ops and scenic.

Looking at the schedule I have:
Castle air Museum g2g May 25* (I'm not going)
RunWhatchaBrung car show May 31 (planning to go)
Johnny Carson car show June 8 (planning to go)
*I will be back in town, but not going to the Castle g2g. If the wiper removal crowd want to set something up for May 24/25 I would be up for that.
Cheri, We will make some time to get your wiper off since you are going to the Castle g2g.

Oh YES! You just have to, or maybe Dorian can do it --- he has designed me a metal cover for the wiper area, and oh - now that I think of it, it might not be ready that soon...

Even with this morning's
rain messing up my Blackie's shine, I still didn't use that infernal back wiper--dang it, it has to come off!On other hand...a day at the beach with a 'que sounds good too! :)

There is going to be a car show in Burbank @ Johnny Carson Park on June 8th.
Admission is free, Hot Rod Bob said that last year they 700 cars and if he is in town he will be working it.
It is something we can think about.

The show is FREE-FREE-FREE-FREE!!!!!!
No Registration cost -No spectator charge . So even if ya wanna just come by and see the 700+ cars that show up, please do. If a group comes in together, then they can park together. I'll be there working the show... I'm the MC and DJ....If ya make it, please find me and say "HI".
