Well, tomorrow 20 lbs of wings begin to thaw. Friday they begin to marinate, and Sat they get funky with the cooking and the eatin!

For a Sampling, We've got the traditional Buffalo wings all the way from East Aurora NY (just a hair south of Buffalo), Then there is the HHR wings (slightly modified from Hot Rod Wings), After that there are the Thai Satay Wings (mmmmm, all the way from a malaysian secret recipie) and finally, the Brushfire wings (not as hot as ya would think!) 2 fer bakin, and 2 fer grillin!

Oh yeah, there's other stuff also :) I hear there be some beans a comin! Guacamole right from the border (of Ball rd or so) and many other tidbits to tide people over after ya'lls go parading around the city stirring up troubles.

Man I can't wait to go cruisen and eaten and cruisen and eaten. A 900 mile drive seems like a cheap price to pay, to be with some kool HHRs, kooler people, great weather. It just doesn't get any better than this. With all those wings it just seems like I should to be able to fly. Well those wings are for eaten, eaten, eaten. I thought I would bring ice cream but I don't think I can drive fast enough. So I will have to bring something else.
Just one more shift and I'm out of here.
San Jose, color me gone.

See ya all down the road (soon)

As mentioned: 'cados are nice and ripe and ready for fixin'. Got a couple of bags of my fav chips from the local bodega, the 'secret' ingredient for the frijoles puercos will be defrosting soon and have the crock-pot ready to keep it warm.

Will be there after 12.00, but will be there!

Thanks again, Cheri & Dorian for opening your home to us!
