Surely someone here knows someone in Orange County who is a licensed contractor and a good guy. As long as they do the job up to code, I will fight the City of Anaheim (unless they are willing and able). Concrete, Tile or pavers, electrical, move a wall and fix the ceiling and floor, build benches, built in a spa or build nice steps up to one in a cabinet...easy, messy stuff.
