Thanks, Cheri & Dorian!

Can't say enough about the generosity of Cheri and Dorian and for their hospitality in opening their beautiful home to us! Food was amazing, weather was fantastic and mild the company is always the reason I come out.

9 HHR's: 2 panels, Kris's AA5, SargeChris's gorgeous red SS (I think he just looks for an excuse to go driving!).

Leon and Sharon again win for coming the furthest, and I think Todd and Tim win for the shortest trip!

I am STUFFED still from those amazing ribs and all that food!
Al, thanks for the wonderful pie & sorry you couldn't make it.

And I <cough> really 'like' the, er, gingerbread-pillow I got as a gift.

It was another great SocalHHR event today! As Angie noted, Thanks Dorian and Cheri for welcoming us to your beautiful home. Dorian out did himself once again with the ribs! I would like to thank everyone for showing up and bringing all the great food. It was good to see all the cars again. A few pics, Todd (Uma)

What a Great Gathering!!

Hey, you folks left too soon. About 15 minutes after the last one left, Tracy showed up with gift and a bucket of KFC. (Of course, I had to have a breast). Poor guy had lost track of time and was hoping we'd still be going strong!! We had a nice chat and I spread the dirt about the rest of you (JK) to him.

Well, thank you all for your compliments - this house is mid-century serviceable, and little else, but geesh - you know it makes me happy to know you were comfortable.

So we went all Renaissance Fair today, and no one got any messy shots of us with huge ribs hanging across our greasy faces?? We need to re-stage it!!

Todd, those were such great street shots, and I am always shocked when I see your photos because you catch the things I never think of. I would love full res copies of some of the best ones - my e-mail can take it!

Sharon and Leon - you made a long trip just to get a noisy toy, some buttons, a hatpin, and a bra strap!! Doncha just love White Elephant gifting?

That's nothing - Dorian was so oblivious of anything other than his cooking that he chose our own silly gift, and now we got it back!!

Here are some of the shots from my camera:

The food table BEFORE we got flooded with food - Poor ole ghost gnome got buried under it all!

Dorian hard at work

Before we were over-full...

These and the rest of them --- will take the dogs into February - March!!

Our People Street Shots

And we finally remembered to make a group shot!!! Soooo sorry you missed us, Tracy!!

Oh and thanks to the ironic person who brought me my wonderful pizza stone - with a weight loss book!! Gee, which do I choose; where do I start?
