the pic with the bowtie on the billet how did you put the bowtie on it? cut it off a stock grille?

Yeah, getting it off the stock grille is the trick! I pryed it off slowly and still messed it up a bit. But I think on the next one..I will take a very thin piece of metal wire and pull it through between the logo and the grille to get it off. Sounds like a good plan...But I always screw it up somehow, LOL. Putting it back on is easy with heavy duty double sided tape.Todd (Uma)

how did you get the chrome behind it though?

As I remember some members have used dental floss to remove the bowtie with heat.

that sounds even better, as far as the chrome on the outside of the logo..you need to tape it off before you paint. Todd (Uma)
