There are 2 clips for sunroof mount that could be broken. The one I just bought had same issue. Hope this helps.

My only electronic issue is one TPS sensor goes out intermittently (RF). I figure the battery is getting weak after 5 years. So far just ignoring it until I mount new winter tires soon, then i can just replace all the sensors.

Anyone know what the max boost is for the stock MAP sensor? I was thinking about getting the SuperChips flash paq and don't want to have any problems.

Lost the high pressure fuel pump. $900+ to change it out. Almost half was labor. This was not the pump in the tank. My wallet was rushed to ICU, but at 100,000 miles + it happens... Dealer offered to buy the car from me... Until GM comes up with a car that provides the same performance and fuel economy I'm staying with the HHR. At this point if I had to buy a new car the 2015 Turbo Mustang or Sion/Subbie BRZ/FSR is all that comes close. That said, my next car will be rear wheel drive. Drove a Camaro. To heavy, serious blind spots, doors to long to easily get out in parking lots and to expensive.. Sorry GM, you abandoned the small sport compact market. The Cruz is not in the same class. No performance options.

Verano, Regal GS, Cadillac ATS and the Malibu all have the 2.0 turbo option. The Malibu is the only one that does not come in a stick.

Not one of these is a suitable replacement for an HHR.

Price or market segment

Still looking for a fix. A brand new throttle body did not change the problem one bit.

#2. When the engine is heat soaked, like when waiting in drive thru line, or coming out of the store, when you first take off, on the first shift the rpm does not drop off when you let off the gas and press the clutch in. It is like the throttle is stuck for a few seconds before it drops. Pain in the butt, and makes you look like a novice driver. I have had it to the dealer 5 times with no fix. Gave up, but been driving it the last few days and remembered how it is. (wifes car). Anyone hear of a fix for this?

Do you know anyone with HPTuners? If so they can log it to see what is causing the issue.

I have the same TPMS issues, just passed inspection with the Goodyears that still have enough meat on em, I'll either just put up with it until I get new tires, or annoyed to the point of changing them out. Not rich, not poor, but was recommended the best bang for buck by a turbo mechanic tuner, that the Superchips flashpaq with K/N filter, lows the motor to breathe better in stock housing, was the way to go, that it did not mess with the shift points on the trans. Now I've had a poster claim otherwise, but I did not notice a difference in shift points, just a serious increase in HP and Torque especially at launch. I tried to use the I function for trans a few times, and it acts a little strange, bogs a little, etc. I recently bought the cross drilled and slotted rotors with carbon infused pads from Powerstop K26 street warrior, I think it was. Less than 350 on Amazon, one again, all 4 rotors and pads. I have a definite vibration from the front drivers side rotor, warped maybe, did you have same issue?
