It always seems if someone has issues they have a lot or they have none. Few just have one issue.

Never buy another chevy just because of 1 HHR?

How about a Honda?

Or a Toyota?

Or a Nissan?

The odds of having a lemon with a vehicle make is like musical chairs. In your case, the music just happened to stop when you were driving a Chevy.

I'm sure that the folks writing into Consumer Affairs (not to be confused with Consumer Reports) say that they will never buy a Honda, Toyota or Nissan again as well, because of their experiences with 1 vehicle.

Code P0300 & P0302

I have a high RPM misfire and set Codes P0300 and P0302 which is a misfire code on cylinder#2.
Swapped #1 coil w/ #2 coil ,did not change codes.
Took to dealer and they replaced the valve spring and fuel injector. Still has problem. Now they are thinking that it is the valve guide or a bent connecting rod. The service writer does not know the front end of the car from the back. So it is hard to figure what is being done. Either a new cylinder head or a new engine is being replaced. Am planning on talking to manager this friday. They have had the car for 6 weeks. Only 9000 miles on car. A little disappointed.

Im gunna say the piston rings are going just on a hunch. They can say it was vehicle abuse.

Other than the service writer being uneducated concerning cars I am not that unhappy with the dealer. The dealer and Chevrolet have never attempted to put it on me, and are making attempts to repair. It is just taking forever. I am forgetting what the car looks like.

my car has had 2 MAS 2 radios and was in and out of shop for 2 months because it ran rough and boost came up slow, believe it was 101 code gm tech support came up with the fix. I guess when first MAS went bad they brok plastic hose that comes out of bottom of airbox they replaced it runs better. dealer also started to do brake booster fix on my 5 speed when i told them it was automatic fix. so consequently there was a vaccuum t in booster hose and cap out of t fell off causing me to lose power brakes. Only issue now is it backfires between shifts sometimes dealer keeps telling me all the ones with stage kit do that. anybody else have this issue
