You could just do a tune, HPTuners or Trifecta. I'm sure others will chime in who have done it, I'm still stock for now, until I get my cylinder #4 problem fixed, then I'll probably go Trifecta.

So did you find a fix for the issues you were having? If so, you should update your other thread. If not, maybe once those issues are resolved, your bolt-ons and Trifecta tune may satisfy your need for speed.

That being the case I would get HPTuners std version and do it yourself, you would be money ahead.

There are people that will do a "remote tune". Basically they create a base tune based on your modes with HPtuners, and email it to you. You load it up with your laptop and away you go. You drive around logging data for a few days, then send in the data. The tuner either tells you you're good, or makes adjustments and sends a retune. Depending on mods and how agressive you want your tune, these run anywhere from $250-400.

HP is the best for power. I've heard both good and bad on Trifecta(customer service is a lot of the problem), and not usually more than 300whp. Had a friend that made 304whp on a slipping clutch with no mods but a catless downpipe. GMTU is good if you are still under warranty, but it is a very conservative tune.

Trifecta does the same. When I tuned my LT I emailed CJ (RIP) what mods I did, he created the tune, emailed me the file, I installed it with him over the phone, sent him the data log to make sure it was okay and was good to go. Cost around $300. The SS tune may be different, I'm not sure - and hopefully we get another Trifecta tuner as knowledgeable and helpful as CJ.
