JJ, I have a '10 with the 5spd, lsd, Brembo and the power upgrade on mine. 14,000 miles and I do not hear the clicking from the front end. Are you sure it is the front end and not the high pressure fuel pump sound? The fuel pump sound is more pronounced when the motor is first started up. If the pump is not the source of the clicking and it is metallic in sound, I would think you have a problem. Could be something as simple as a brake pad anti rattle clip that has moved out of position.

My LSD doesn't make any noises that I can discern. A clicking noise while turning would lead me to think CV joints. Of course, with out hearing it in person, I wouldn't say for sure that's the issue. How many miles do you have on it?

Sounds like what I'm dealing with today. It's progressively gotten louder and I believe it's the bearings going out.Mine also sounds worse when you're turning a corner and sounds like loud road noise from tires when driving.Been told you have to replace whole hub assembly, can't just do bearings like you used to on the older stuff.Alot more friggin' expensive too !! About $180 for the assembly from Advance Auto parts.Sounds like either that or a CV joint.

Could be your sway bar bushings, they have a tendancy to wear quickly for some odd reason... clicking also leads you to believe it could be the cv joints or half shafts... I have lsd on mine and the bushings are starting to wear and making a similar noise.
