boost issue
when we got our 2010, the boost went up to just a hair below 15. is that about normal? when we had the dealer power adder installed it went to just below 20, but now after 2 weeks its going to about 16.5-17. i've scheduled an appointment to check that the ecm reflash was done correctly. but where should it actually be?

But I would think you should see at least 20-23 psi in most areas of the 48 states.
In Ohio I see 21-24 depending on the weather.

Boost level is an outcome not a controlled parameter. The ECM commands a torque and if the weather is cooler and the air is dryer, then it takes less boost to acheive the same power output. You could also check for system leaks to because they can cause reduced boost. Check your intercooler to make sure the air passages are parellel and not "blown up like a baloon" and leaking.
I agree but I also disagree... When I got mine reflashed the numerous of times was it 3 or 4 it ran a whole hell alot better. but maybe it was relearning, and the parameters werent set. What would it hurt for him to get it reflashed? it's free....
It won't hurt anyting... other than warranty cost is part of the cost of buying a car so unnecessary warranty cost (all warranty cost for that matter) ends up pushing the price of the cars up. And the time it takes inconvients the customer.
The only thing a reflash does is resets all the fuel trim/learn tables to nominal. This can be done with a simple 30 second battery disconnect.
