https://www.mouser.com has the connectors and I presume also the pins, seals and cavity plugs. If you go that way or if you purchase the one from Ballenger, make sure you have access to the proper crimping tool as without that, it's likely the big contacts will die again..

Hi thank y'all for all the pointers y'all gave. I've been busy with work so I wasn't able to update on HHR on here but was able to read up quickly on what y'all said.
I was lucky enough to find a connector on Amazon that worked perfectly as a replacement. Found it by reading some of the Chevy SS forums since I saw the video on here showing they use the same connectors.

AITKEN Cooling Fan Control Module Connector Plug Wire Harness for Ford Edge/Lincoln MKX Ref #7T4Z-8B658-B, 941.0138.01. https://a.co/d/dYprJiE
This is the one I ended up buying on Amazon. Says it was used on Ford's and Lincoln's but it worked good as a replacement. Gonna keep an eye on it and will update on how well it's been holding up in the following week or so.

Again thank y'all for the help, it was much appreciated

I might get flamed for this, but wirenuts (or a good splice) can get you through for YEARS if properly done/RTV's/sealed/wrapped. My fan module went out on my SS, and I discovered it is a nothing more than a Ford Panther/Crown Vic module that is marked up 3-5X if you order it as an HHR SS part. I made a post about it somewhere on here. Best of luck to you!

eBay link is still alive: Connector might have burnt up because the relay/module itself is drawing too many amps. This is the Crown Vic a.k.a. "HHR SS" fan module.

I found the connector pigtail on Amazon for $16. Will verify when it arrives Thursday.
