hhr ss radiator hoses

Hi! Has anyone here changed their Radiator hoses on the HHR SS? Where did you buy the hoses and how long did it take to change them? Any tips on changing them? Thanks!!!

I'm in a similar boat. The lower rad hose on the drivers side is seeping around the clamp. Not sure if it's the hose or the clamp itself.
