So the thing has a tune in it.
Stock boost is 14-15 psi.

it does now yes. I couldn't leave it without and take a chance of another popped engine.
I just reached out to the hp tuners community and asked it anyone had a tune and 3 guys sent me the files. It dose run a little to lean but I can fix that soon enough.

You're both saying sensors. I can tell Cat Man means solenoids... You haven't said what actual codes are present.

Your correct, they are solenoids being it's a VVT engine. I'm just conditioned to say sensor.

A little history. Way back when there was a product call Varicam, it was a mechanical variable timing camshaft gear.
Thought it was a good idea at the time and was going to install one on an engine in my drag car but alas never got around to doing it.
Here's a picture of the sprocket:

There was another one that used oil pressure.

I was a engineer at Delphi ctcm prototype labs when they 1st start test the actualt vvt systems. Man was that a mess. But ounce it was figured well it was amazing. When I left we where working on a 16 to 1 gas engine using multiple injections and variable valve timing on pump gas. 4 cyl engine pumping 237hp N/A. MISS THE FUN STUFF LIKE THAT.

If there isn't already I can do a write up to stick on how to do this the right way. No tooth paste w-d 40 trick here. This is long lasting. Just speak up if you would like me to.
