I assume mine will need it also - if I am following these VINs correctly:

With my previous SS ('08) which was totaled in January, I needed to double-clutch to get it into 5th.
This one shifts like a dream.

ChevyMgr is this something that the dealer will just replace, or is this for an inspection of the part.
While on a 640 mile ride back from chatanooga wed. i would be cruising at 80 mph and punch it, the SS would bog as if air was stoped from entering the engine (best way to describe) if i held gas pedal down, no power, as soon as i realeased the pedal and pressed again it was fine. This happen about 4-5 times, with no dic message. Any thoughts as always greatly appretiated.

p.s. Shifting from 1st - 2nd is not as smooth as other shift points. Missed it a few times in the 27,000 + miles i've put on it.
