Is there another dealer in the area?

One of the data loggers purpose is if they can't reproduce the problem then when it happens again hopefully the logger catches it. So they have no reason not to have you try it.

Hopefully you got a bum battery and it solves it. If not, time to look for a dealer who wants to fix it. Sounds like yours gave up.

Quick update. Knock on wood, it has been starting like it's saposed to no issue since Tuesday morning. We did check the fuse box/grounds this am. Scheduled to get the battery tomorrow. Unfortunately the nearest dealer, other than where I've been going is about 30 min away.
