It's refreshing to hear, someone is going in to the deep end of the pool. It's about time someone built a full tilt boogie SS motor, instead of just talking about it.

You know, 25 years ago when I still smoked, my first thought would have been.."save that sucker, it'll make a nice little ashtray".
I've got a collection of "ashtrays and paperweights" like that too, curious to see how your buildup comes out.
