squealing sound

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had this problem. The 2008 SS had an oil change and snow tire installation a few days ago at Tirecraft (overpriced and shoddy service generally). Anyway, a day or two after, I'm getting a high pitched squealing when turning right at any speed. It's fairly consistent - about 80% of the time. Could it be brake related, power steering, CV joints?

Any help or direction would be appreciated. Thanks.

A little more info please.
Mileage on car(brakes could be worn)
Snow tires and rim sizes( are the rims and tires the correct size, not rubbing)
It's hard to offer an opinion with limited info. The more info the better.

Thanks for the reply. Mileage is 69,000 km (43,000 miles). Brakes in good shape. Snow tires are 16" and have been used two winters on car with no issues. The squealing is a very recent noise and sounds like a power steering squeal one sometimes hears on old cars.

Could the Auto Shop have "accidentally" bent the tabs on the pad squealers close to the rotor so your brake would appear to have to be changed.... Squealing like that when turning usually means the little squealer tab is touching the rotor.

Just to clarify - the size of the tire meets the manufacturer's recommendations?
Excessively wide tires can affect plastic parts under the fenders. I admit the possibility of a defect on one side only (by turning in one direction only) - wheel drive vehicle is not symmetrical about the center, plastic parts can be deformed.
I rule out CV joints. A broken CV joints produces crackling - like a child's ratchet (or a finger of the comb).

An update: sound has mostly stopped. Very intermittent now. Seems to be coming from the left side when turning right. I'm probably going to have it looked at in a few days - will update.

I had a similar problem with my GMC Envoy. Would only squeal on LH turns. Ended up being a stone wedged between the caliper mounting bracket and the inside of the rotor. Stone fell out when I pulled the caliper. It had a real nice flat spot on it!
